PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, Diners and AMEX.

We also accept payment through third-party payment providers including: PayPal, Shopify Payments, AfterPay and ZipPay. 


SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Postage
FREE SHIPPING over $99 within Australia only. If you qualify for free standard shipping, you can upgrade to EXPRESS SHIPPING for $15. If your order falls under $99, our standard shipping is a flat rate of $10, express shipping is a flat rate of $20. Standard shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of AUD $40.

Email us for a quote to other overseas destinations, or for bulk orders within Australia.

Click and Collect
You are welcome to collect your items from our store in West End. Select 'Click and Collect' at the checkout, and we will send a confirmation email or Messenger notification advising when your items are ready for collection.

Pickup hours are: Monday - Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm; Thursday and Friday: 10:00am - 5:30pm; Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm and Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Pickup address is: 197a Boundary Street, West End, Brisbane, 4101. 


RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY:

What can I exchange or return?
All full-priced items can be returned within 14 days from receiving the item for an exchange, credit note or refund. All sale items can be returned within 14 days from receiving the item for an exchange or credit note only. 

The items have to be in their original packaging and must be in NEW / UNUSED condition, with their receipt or identifying order details (Email confirmation or invoice copy). Upon return the item will be assessed to ensure that it is in the required physical condition.

If you are wanting to exchange your item, please contact us first at sales@shaysshoes.com.au or (07) 3844 5005 to arrange the appropriate size/colour and shipping. Please provide as much information as possible about your order and your desired outcome so we can best assist you.

What if my shoes have something wrong with them?
Sometimes an item is faulty from the manufacturer and for this reason we are here to help! If you suspect your item has a possible fault please contact us as soon as possible at sales@shaysshoes.com.au.  

Cost of return:
Please be aware that the cost of return postage will be covered by the customer.
